How is the 20% affiliate commission calculated? +
You earn 20% of the amount paid by any customer who signs up using your referral link. This includes all credit pack purchases they make — not just the first one. Commission is tracked and paid monthly.
When and how do I get paid? +
Affiliate commissions are paid monthly on the 7th of every month for the previous month's earnings. We pay via bank transfer or UPI. Minimum payout threshold is ₹500.
What is the minimum purchase for distributors? +
Distributor pricing is available for bulk purchases. Minimum volumes and exact pricing are shared during the partner call after application review. We don't publish distributor rates publicly.
Can I be both an affiliate and a distributor? +
Yes. Many of our partners start as affiliates and graduate to distributors as their volume grows. You can indicate your preference in the application and we'll set up the right account for you.
Is there a fee to join the partner program? +
No. The affiliate program is completely free to join. For distributors, there is a minimum bulk purchase commitment but no joining fee.
