TaskVox AI is a prepaid, pay-as-you-go service. You recharge credits, and credits are used as your AI agents make calls (only answered calls are charged) or handle conversations. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel month to month.

1. Free credits first

Every new account gets free credits on signup so you can test the service before paying. Please use them to check that TaskVox fits your needs before you recharge.

2. When we refund

We will refund a recharge, in full, to the original payment method when:

  • you were charged more than once for the same recharge (duplicate payment);
  • your payment was debited but the credits were not added to your account; or
  • you were charged an amount different from what was shown at checkout.

Credits used on calls that the service failed to deliver because of a fault on our side are restored to your balance.

3. When we do not refund

  • Credits already used for calls or conversations.
  • Unused credits from a completed recharge, except as stated above. Credits do not expire while your account is active, so they remain available to use.
  • Promotional or free credits.
  • Accounts suspended for breaking our Terms of Service, including calling people without consent.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email support@taskvox.in within 30 days of the payment with your registered email, the payment date and amount, and the Razorpay payment ID (shown in your receipt). We reply within 3 working days.

5. How long it takes

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 working days to show it. The GST invoice for a refunded recharge is reversed with a credit note.

6. Closing your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to support@taskvox.in. Closing an account does not by itself make unused credits refundable, except as described in section 2.
