Your call recordings, transcripts and lead lists are business data. This page describes how we protect them today.

Where your data lives

  • Our application servers, database and call recordings are hosted in India, in a major cloud provider’s data centre.
  • Stored data sits on disks encrypted at rest by the cloud provider.
  • Audio and text from calls are sent to our AI and speech providers only to produce each reply, transcript or summary — see the Privacy Policy.

In transit

  • The website, dashboard and API are served only over HTTPS, with HTTP Strict Transport Security so browsers refuse unencrypted connections.
  • Plain HTTP requests are redirected to HTTPS.

Accounts and access

  • Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — we never store or see your password.
  • Two-factor authentication is available for dashboard sign-in.
  • Sign-in and sign-up endpoints are rate-limited to slow down password-guessing.
  • Every organisation’s data is separated, and users only see their own organisation’s agents, calls and leads.
  • API keys are shown once and stored only as a hash.
  • WhatsApp Business credentials you connect are stored encrypted.

Calling safeguards

  • Campaign calls are blocked outside 8 am – 8 pm IST.
  • Your do-not-call list is checked before every dial.
  • Every call is recorded and transcribed, so you can audit exactly what an agent said.

Operations

  • The production database is backed up every day, and restores are tested.
  • Services are monitored, with automatic alerts to our team for failures.
  • Security headers (including a content-security policy and clickjacking protection) are set on every page.

Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, email support@taskvox.in with the subject “Security” and the details needed to reproduce it. Please do not access other customers’ data, disrupt the service or make the issue public before we have fixed it. We will acknowledge your report and keep you updated.
